REPORTS TO: Finance Manager
The Accounts Payable/Payroll Bookkeeper is responsible for the preparation of disbursements for both center and foundation and relating filing, semi-weekly payroll audits, assisting payroll lead in payroll processing and related spreadsheets, the posting of cash receipts and related filing, and other bookkeeping projects and reconciliations in accordance with departmental needs.
AA Degree or high school diploma with 2+ years proven accounting/finance experience. Position requires a basic understanding of accounting and knowledge of computer spreadsheets, databases, word processing and other office equipment machines. Demonstrates ability to analyze tasks and perform responsibly with minimal direction or supervision.
Must have computer knowledge and proficient in excel and word programs.
