The Accounts Payable/Payroll Bookkeeper is responsible for the preparation of disbursements for both center and foundation and relating filing, semi-weekly payroll audits, assisting payroll lead in payroll processing and related spreadsheets, the posting of cash receipts and related filing, and other bookkeeping projects and reconciliations in accordance with departmental needs. The BA level WA Facilitator serves as the contact point for children and families in the WA program, as well as with service providers and others in the community. The Facilitator will ensure that the principles of Wraparound and the Core Practice Model are adhered to by all team members and that all the child/family strengths, needs and underlying needs are identified.
